Progress update for Lasithiou 9, Glyfada

Our project at Lasithiou 9 in Glyfada is now in its final stretch, having reached ~95% completion. Work continues at a steady pace and remains on schedule, with handover expected within approximately six months.
Construction has made significant progress over the last period. The building’s architectural character is now fully visible, with its distinctive geometric lines, spacious balconies, glass balustrades and contemporary finishes bringing its final appearance into focus. Work is now concentrated on the remaining technical details needed to complete the project and prepare it for handover.
