Progress update for Lasithiou 9, Glyfada

Work on our new development at 9 Lasithiou Street in Glyfada is progressing steadily, with the building now clearly taking on its final form.

At this stage, construction and technical works are advancing across key parts of the project, while critical interventions are also being carried out to enhance the overall quality, durability, and functionality of the building.

Particular emphasis is currently being placed on the roof insulation, one of the most important stages for the long-term protection and energy performance of the property. For this reason, we are applying the modern polyurea method, an advanced waterproofing solution that offers high resistance to water, solar radiation, and mechanical stress. Polyurea is spray-applied and forms a seamless, flexible membrane without joints, ensuring reliable protection, long service life, and minimal maintenance requirements.

At the same time, progress in the external and semi-outdoor areas, surface finishes, and technical installation details reflects the project’s steady advancement toward its next completion stages. At every step, our goal remains the same: to deliver a high-specification residential development with a strong focus on construction quality, contemporary aesthetics, and everyday living comfort.

Stay tuned, as the project at 9 Lasithiou Street continues to move steadily toward completion, and we will soon be sharing more updates and new images from its progress.
